GENERAL EXPERIENCE
With 35 years of experience in the engineering field I have been fully involved in all phases of projects, from conceptual planning through the completion of construction.
My responsibilities on projects have included attending meetings, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the client, owner, other consultants, building officials involved and the production of a complete construction document package including specifications, narratives and LEEDS templates. Experienced in performing field inspections and producing due diligence reports and the review of shop drawings and submittals. The variety of projects including institutional, industrial, medical, correctional and commercial buildings has provided a broad knowledge of Plumbing and Fire Protection systems design. Having knowledge of the work of other trades has assisted me in having a better understanding of the complete project and simplifies the coordination with other trades or consultants.
